ANALISIS PENERAPAN SISTEM ENTERPRISE RESOURCE PLANNING (ERP) DALAM BERBAGAI INDUSTRI: PERSPEKTIF MANAJEMEN DAN ORGANISASI
Abstract
Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) is an integrated information system that connects various business functions, from finance and production to human resources, to strengthen the efficiency and coordination of organizational operations. This study aims to analyze the implementation of ERP systems in various industrial sectors from a managerial and organizational perspective. The study used a literature review approach, examining various scientific publications published between 2018 and 2025. The analysis indicates that ERP implementation in the manufacturing sector focuses on integrating production processes and supply chains. In the retail sector, it emphasizes inventory management and customer experience. In the service sector, it focuses on human resource management and improving digital services. The success of ERP implementation depends on management commitment, technological readiness, and an organizational culture that is responsive to change. This study concludes that ERP functions not only as a technology system but also as an organizational transformation strategy that drives efficiency and modern business governance.
Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) merupakan sistem informasi terpadu yang menghubungkan beragam fungsi bisnis mulai dari keuangan, produksi, hingga sumber daya manusia yang berguna untuk memperkuat efisiensi dan koordinasi operasional organisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan Penelitian ini menganalisis penerapan sistem ERP pada berbagai sektor industri ditinjau dari sudut pandang manajerial dan organisasi. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan literature review dengan menelaah berbagai publikasi ilmiah yang terbit antara tahun 2018 hingga 2025. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa penerapan ERP di sektor manufaktur berfokus pada integrasi proses produksi dan rantai pasok, di sektor ritel menitikberatkan pada pengelolaan persediaan dan pengalaman pelanggan, sedangkan di sektor jasa diarahkan pada pengelolaan sumber daya manusia dan peningkatan layanan berbasis digital. Keberhasilan penerapan ERP ditentukan oleh komitmen manajemen, kesiapan teknologi, serta budaya organisasi yang responsif terhadap perubahan. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa ERP tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai sistem teknologi, tetapi juga sebagai strategi transformasi organisasi yang mendorong efisiensi dan tata kelola bisnis modern.
