PENERAPAN ETIKA PROFESI DAN PENDIDIKAN ANTI KORUPSI PADA MAHASISWA BISNIS DIGITAL

Abstract


Corruption is a serious challenge to national development, including in higher education. Students, as agents of change, are required to possess strong integrity and professional ethics to prevent them from engaging in corrupt practices, especially in the highly dynamic digital business era, which is prone to technology abuse. This study aims to analyze the role of anti-corruption education in strengthening the professional ethics of digital business students in Indonesia. The research method used was a systematic literature review of eleven national scientific articles published between 2020 and 2025. The research process included identifying relevant articles, selecting articles based on inclusion criteria, conducting content analysis, and synthesizing findings. The results indicate that anti-corruption education can increase students' moral awareness, professional responsibility, and commitment to integrity. The integration of professional ethics into the digital business curriculum, case-study-based training, and a transparent campus environment are important strategies for preventing corruption from an early age. Thus, higher education plays a strategic role in producing a generation of clean, ethical, and competitive professionals.

Korupsi merupakan salah satu tantangan serius dalam pembangunan bangsa, termasuk dalam dunia pendidikan tinggi. Mahasiswa sebagai agen perubahan dituntut memiliki integritas dan etika profesional yang kuat agar tidak mudah terlibat dalam praktik koruptif, terutama di era bisnis digital yang sangat dinamis dan rawan penyalahgunaan teknologi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran pendidikan anti korupsi dalam memperkuat etika profesi mahasiswa bisnis digital di Indonesia. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi literatur sistematis terhadap sebelas artikel ilmiah nasional terbitan tahun 2020 hingga 2025. Proses penelitian meliputi identifikasi artikel relevan, seleksi artikel berdasarkan kriteria inklusi, analisis isi, dan sintesis temuan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan anti korupsi mampu meningkatkan kesadaran moral, tanggung jawab profesional, dan komitmen terhadap integritas pada mahasiswa. Integrasi etika profesi ke dalam kurikulum bisnis digital, pelatihan berbasis studi kasus, serta lingkungan kampus yang transparan menjadi strategi penting dalam pencegahan praktik korupsi sejak dini. Dengan demikian, pendidikan tinggi berperan strategis dalam mencetak generasi profesional yang bersih, beretika, dan berdaya saing
