Peer Review Process
Jurnal JEIS menerapkan kebijakan proses peer review sebagai berikut:
1. Editor akan meninjau naskah yang dikirimkan (oleh penulis). Naskah akan dievaluasi dan diperiksa kesesuaian naskah dengan ruang lingkup jurnal dan kesesuaian dengan template jurnal. Dalam proses ini, editor berkomunikasi dengan penulis dan memutuskan naskah tersebut memenuhi syarat untuk ditinjau atau ditolak.
2. Naskah yang telah lolos langkah 1 (di atas) akan dikirim ke satu orang reviewer untuk direview isinya dengan menggunakan metode blind review. Proses review akan mempertimbangkan kebaruan, objektivitas, metode, dampak ilmiah, kesimpulan, dan referensi.
3. Reviewer akan menyarankan perbaikan dan atau menerima/menolak artikel.
4. Editor akan memutuskan dengan mempertimbangkan saran dari reviewer apakah naskah memenuhi persyaratan Jurnal Kompleksitas.
5. Keputusan editor bersifat final.

Jurnal JEIS applied the following peer review process policies:
1. The Editors will review the submitted manuscript (by the author(s)). It will be evaluated and checking the manuscript's suitability with the journal's scope and conformity with the journal template. In this process, the editor communicates with the author(s) and decides the manuscript is eligible for review or decline.
2. Manuscripts that have passed step 1 (above) will be sent to one reviewers to review their content using the blind review method.
The review process will consider novelty, objectivity, methods, scientific impact, conclusions, and references.
3. Reviewers will suggest improvements and or accept/reject articles.
4. The editor will decide by considering suggestions from reviewers whether the manuscript meets the requirements of the Jurnal Kompleksitas.
5. The editor's decision is final.

Jurnal JEIS terbit dua kali dalam setahun yaitu pada Bulan Januari dan Juli
