PENERAPAN METODE TOGAF ADM DALAM RANCANG BANGUN ARSITEKTUR SISTEM INFORMASI PEMELIHARAAN MESIN PARKIR PADA PT. VERTIKAL AKSES ASIA
Abstract
PT. Vertikal Akses Asia is a company that distributes parking machines. Initial studies indicate that parking machine malfunctions and maintenance data have not been well documented. Therefore, PT. Vertikal Akses Asia needs a system that can improve the efficiency of its machine maintenance management. This research aims to design and develop the information system's architecture for parking machine maintenance. The research and development method is used to apply the Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF) Architecture Development Method (ADM). The research results in a prototype of an information system architecture for parking machine maintenance, which facilitates maintenance personnel, admin staff, and operational heads in managing schedule data, attendance, and parking machine maintenance reporting. The system has been implemented using Android-based mobile programming.
PT. Vertikal Akses Asia merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang distributor mesin parkir. Kajian awal menunjukkan bahwa data kerusakan dan perawatan mesin parkir belum didokumentasikan dengan baik. Oleh karena itu PT. Vertikal Akses Asia membutuhkan sebuah sistem yang mampu meningkatkan efisiensi pengelolaan pemeliharaannya mesinnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan melakukan rancang bangun arsitektur sistem informasi pemeliharaan mesin parkir yang dibutuhkan. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode Research and Development dengan penerapan metode The Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF) Architecture Development Method (ADM). Hasil penelitian berupa purwarupa arsitektur sistem informasi pemeliharaan mesin parkir yang mempermudah petugas maintenance, staff admin, dan juga kepala operasional yang dalam pengelolaan data jadwal, absensi, dan pelaporan pemeliharaan mesin parkir. Sistem telah diimplementasikan dengan menggunakan pemrograman mobile berbasis android.
